2014-15 Week #21 Rankings Released
MYHockey is releasing the Week #21 rankings this morning. This weekly update contains one significant update that everyone should be aware of... This week we have increased the minimum number of games required to be ranked from five to ten. As a result, any teams who have played between five and nine games, teams that were ranked last week, have been removed from the rankings view. These teams can still be found under the alphabetic view, but no longer qualify to be ranked.
The changes this week brings up the larger issue of what games should be entered into MYHockey. Our rule is that pretty much anything that looks like a "normal" game to those watching it should be included. That pretty much includes all league, tournament and exhibition games played after September 1, 2014. MYHockey has carved out a few exceptions for games that aren't considered "normal". These exceptions are detailed on our game definition page and you are encouraged to look at it if you have any questions.
As a result, we strongly encourage everyone to report any missing game scores of the teams that they are affiliated with. While we do not have volunteers for all 1800 divisions, we encourage you to use the guest option on the Report Scores Page.
