Ranking Updates

2024-25 Week #7 Team Ratings and Rankings Released

MYHockey Rankings Week #7 team ratings and rankings are now live. This past week our admin team, volunteers, members and GameSheet API added over 16,300 game scores to MYHockey. MHR now has over 109,943 game results in the system. 14,227 teams have met the 5 game minimum to qualify for the rankings, an increase of 1,423 teams over last week.

We have debuted several new rankings categories this week! For our friends up in Minnesota and North Dakota, the main Bantam and Peewee Minn-Kota Boys ranking categories are now live. Additionally, Men’s and Women’s NCAA D1 rankings are also live. Feel free to check out the new ranking categories below…

This past weekend was a big tournament weekend. An algorithm, and in return team ratings and rankings, are only as good as the data input into the system. That is especially true early in the season. A game score incorrectly assigned to the opposing club’s "AA'' team instead of the "A" team, the 18U team instead of the 16U team or a Varsity HS team instead of the JV team can all have a negative impact on the accuracy of the rankings.

As always, please review your team's game results and keep an eye out for inaccurate or erroneous game scores. Please notify us of any errors via our Contact Us page or using the red checkmark in the "Fix" column next to the game score to ensure MYHockey is as up to date and accurate as possible.

Thank you for your help keeping MHR as accurate and up to date as possible!
